Hubert Constant (September 18, 1931 – September 23, 2011) was the Roman Catholic archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cap-Haïtien.
Ordained to the priesthood in 1954, Constant was named bishop in 1991 and retired in 2008.[1]
